At BHFS Medical, we want to assist you in obtaining the medical care you need without having to worry about finances.
Our team’s primary mission is to deliver the finest and most comprehensive services available today. Our office works with you to streamline financing and account handling to be as affordable as possible. For your convenience, we have partnered with SmartHealth as a financing option.
Financing
SmartHealth is a company that provides patients with credit for healthcare procedures that are not covered by health insurance. SmartHealth cardholder benefits include immediate available funds, accident medical expense insurance, a prescription savings program, and much more.
Insurances Accepted
We accept most major commercial plans, as well as Medicaid and Medicare. If you do not see your plan listed below, feel free to call us and we’ll be happy to help verify your coverage. We also accept individuals without insurance. Please read below to learn more about how we can better serve you and your specific needs.
Determining which providers are in-network and which are not can be a hassle. Please call our office if you have questions regarding your insurance. Your insurance verification will go more smoothly if we have a copy of your insurance card prior to your first appointment. You may also mail us or fax us securely your insurance information. If you do not bring your insurance card to your visit, and we cannot verify your insurance, you will be considered a self-pay patient until your insurance can be verified. We appreciate your understanding.

Join our TLC Health Plan: "Taking Care of the Community"
The TLC plan is designed for individuals and families without insurance currently with a special for $99.99 per office visit.
The $99.99 visit will include either a physical, medical evaluation, lab work, or prescriptions (if needed), coupled with discounts on x-rays. (A value of $499.95)
Our Billing Policy
We strive to provide addiction, psychiatric, and general medical services to as many people as possible. If you don’t have insurance or wish not to pay for your treatment with your insurance, we have self-payment options to accommodate all of our patients. If you are a self-paying patient, each visit is $150 and payment is due upfront.
